What happens on day 15?
The first payment is taken at the tier and billing period you started on, and it renews on that schedule — monthly or yearly — until you cancel. Nothing is taken before then.
Can we stop during the trial?
Yes. Cancel before day 15 and nothing is charged. There is nothing to pay and nothing to refund.
Is there a setup fee or a minimum term?
No setup fee, and no term beyond the period you pay for. Pay month to month, or pay for the year and save 17% — two months free. Either way it renews unless you cancel: cancel from the billing portal in the admin settings, access runs to the end of the paid period, and the remainder is not refunded. Refund policy
Can we switch tiers?
Any time, in either direction — and you can move between monthly and annual billing the same way. Moving up turns the extra features on from the day you switch. Write to support@themusterapp.com and we make the change.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Nothing is deleted automatically when a subscription ends, so you can resubscribe and continue where you left off. You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time.
Does it work offline?
Visitor check-in, the crew board and muster drills keep working with no connection, and sync when it returns. Rest hours are computed on the phone itself, so a crew member logs the day and sees the verdict at sea.
How many crew can we add?
All of them. The price is per vessel, so the crew number never changes it, and Muster Mate is included on every tier for everyone on board.
