Setting up the vessel.
The vessel is created
Checkout runs on Stripe. The vessel is provisioned as soon as it confirms, and your access code is on the screen you land on.
Sign in and set a password
The admin runs in any browser. You set your own password the first time you sign in, then add the crew to the crew board.
Connect the iPads
Install The Muster App from the App Store and enter the access code. The same code connects every iPad on the vessel.
Muster Mate is included on every tier, for every crew member, on iOS and Android.

What happens on day 15?
The first year is charged at the tier you started on, and it renews on that date each year. Nothing is taken before then.
Can we stop during the trial?
Yes. Cancel before day 15 and nothing is charged. There is nothing to pay and nothing to refund.
Can we switch tiers?
Any time, in either direction. Moving up turns the extra features on from the day you switch. Write to support@themusterapp.com and we make the change.
How many crew can we add?
All of them. The price is per vessel, so the crew number never changes it, and Muster Mate is included on every tier for everyone on board.
What if the vessel name is already taken?
The form checks the name and the email as you type. If either is already on the system, it says so before you go any further. Write to support@themusterapp.com if the vessel is yours and we sort it out.
