One boat.
Three subscriptions.

Most crews run an inspection app, a sign-in app and rest-hours software from different companies. Two of them are priced as if the yacht were an office. The third has no public price at all. Here is the arithmetic.

Prices and information correct on 23 August 2026, as per the official websites of the services listed: Mitti Premium, 25 users at $24 a user a month billed annually · Sign In App Enhanced, per site per year · ISF Watchkeeper, no published pricing · The Muster App Pro, billed annually.

Office pricing meets a crew list.

Per seat punishes a full crew

$24 a user a month is fine for a five-person office. On a 25-crew yacht it is $600 a month, and every joiner and leaver becomes seat admin.

Per site was priced for buildings

Sign In App now charges per site per year, in tiers from £415 to £1,255. ID scanning sits in the middle tier.

Quote only means asking

The rest-hours incumbent publishes no price at all. You email sales and wait for a quote.

Even the cheapest mix of separate tools costs more each year than our top tier, with three logins and three admin backends.

Per vessel. Unlimited crew.

The Muster App is priced on the boat, not the headcount. Core is £110 a month. Pro is £270 a month and covers everything in the table above.
