Search triggered
If search is required, the kiosk holds the check-in and sends an instant WhatsApp alert to the designated crew member with the visitor's name and photo.
Crew conducts search
The crew member meets the visitor at the gangway, performs the required search, and marks the visitor as cleared on any authorised iPad.
Access granted
The visitor is checked in and logged with a full audit trail — who searched, when, and the outcome. The kiosk advances to the welcome screen.
