SafetyCulture Premium is $24 a user a month, billed annually. A seat for each of 25 crew comes to $7,200 a year.

Crew change constantlySeasonal joiners, rotation, dayworkers. On per-seat software every one of them is licence admin, and an occasional user costs the same as a daily one.

Grouped the way the round runs, with pass, N/A, fail, a note and a photograph on each item. Readings go against their acceptable range.

Fails become follow-ups

Failed and flagged items do not sit in a log. They become Worklist items carrying the check they came from.

The record holds up

Who completed it, when, every answer, and whether any critical item failed. Completed checks export as PDFs.
